Terms of Trade

Licensing and Branding

1. Unless agreed upon in writing, any map commissioned by a client remains the copyright and intellectual property of South Arrow Maps.
2. No map created by South Arrow Maps may be on-supplied by the client to a third party unless specifically authorised in writing by South Arrow Maps. Any authorised on-supply may be subject to a licensing agreement.
3. South Arrow Maps reserves the right to brand its maps or otherwise be acknowledged for the products it creates.

 

Pricing, Estimates, and Quotes

1. All pricing is exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated.
2. Unless specified, all estimates are non-binding and are subject to change at any time.
3. Quotes are valid for one month from the date of issue.
4. Pricing includes two rounds of client review. Further rounds of review may be subject to additional costs.
5. Unless explicitly stated, pricing does not include costs of printing or shipping.

 

Invoicing and Payments

1. Invoices will be supplied to the client via email either
   • at the time of delivery of the product; or
   • in advance of commencing work for the value of a deposit specified by South Arrow Maps; or
   • at intervals during the project in the case of progress payments.
2. Payment is to be made by direct credit to a bank account within one month of the date of the invoice.

 

Delivery of goods

1. Digital maps will be delivered either as an email attachment or Microsoft OneDrive link (or similar).
2. Microsoft OneDrive links (or similar) will remain accessible for 7 days from the date of supply.
3. Unless agreed upon in writing, South Arrow Maps will not supply any working files, resources, datasets, or similar used in the creation of the map.

 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

1. South Arrow Maps gives no warranties that the maps or map data that it sources or supplies are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
