A bit of a work in progress, and my first transit map à la Harry Beck.

The colours are pretty garish, and I didn’t have time or space to add any location labels. But there’s something there, and it was a learning experience in creating topological maps from topographical data.

Data was from the ‘Auckland urban route network’ Wikipedia page and cross-checked with Google Maps. No idea if its all reliable.

Routes 33, 34, 36, and 37 are greyed out as Wiki has them listed as ‘new’ and I couldn’t definitively find out if those designations actually exist…
