Mt Ruapehu’s Ski Areas
Day 10 of #30DayMapChallenge
Black and White
Something I’ve been wanting to try for a while is vector hillshading.
I created a normal raster hillshade of Mt Ruapehu, then split it into five classes ranging from deep shadow to brightly lit. I created polygons for each class, and symbolised them with varying dot densities.
I crashed my computer many many times trying to export that many dots from ArcGIS Pro.
